Context

We approached a promising San Antonio-based accounting firm to help them improve their online presence and attract high-quality. The firm was founded in 2019 by three partners looking to make a mark in the accounting world. The firm had limited online presence.

 

They had developed a well-designed website but were not generating any leads or clients from it. They had no social media presence except for a company page on LinkedIn which was largely inactive. All of their existing clients had come through referrals.

  • We developed and optimized their company's LinkedIn page as well as the profiles of all three partners.

It’s crucial for the founders to be involved in LinkedIn networking to put a face to the brand. We conducted some market research and decided on keywords like “accounting firm in San Antonio” and “accountants for local businesses”.

  • We started strategically growing their network based on their target market.

​

 The founders wanted to target local businesses within the San Antonio metropolitan area. We decided to initially focus on three types of businesses – product distribution businesses, real estate developers, and e-commerce stores. Each of these types of businesses have several moving parts in the accounting sense, which makes them high-value for our clients. We added 5 – 10 business owners to our network with personalized messages.

  • We initiated strategic warm outreach to prospects who interacted with our content.

​

Instead of taking prospects by surprise by sending them messages out of the blue, we decided to limit our outreach efforts to prospects who had engaged with our content on LinkedIn.

Results (Within 3 Months)

  • Achieved 27% more leads for the business.

  • Increased follower count by 126+.

  • Delivered a trending post that received 45+ likes and 19 comments.
